Yellowhead Tribal Council – Office Closure 

Tuesday, November 17, 2020 - Treaty No. 6 Territory: Today, as we continue to take action to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in our communities, the safety of our staff and visitors is a priority at Yellowhead Tribal Council (YTC). Due to the rapid rise in COVID-19 positive cases in Edmonton, AB, YTC will be closing its offices located at 17304 105 Ave.

It is necessary to take further precautionary measures to ensure the safety of Elders, staff, students and the people of the four YTC Member Nations: Alexander First Nation, Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, Sunchild First Nation and O’Chiese First Nation. Furthermore, the Yellowhead Tribal Council Edmonton offices will hereby be closed to the public until Monday December 7, 2020. All YTC employees are thereby instructed to work remotely from home for the next three weeks.
