The Yellowhead Tribal Council unveiled its new logo, a collaboration between Jessica Strawberry-Bird of O'Chiese First Nation and the graphic design team at Lift Interactive.
The logo was carefully designed:
- Each tipi pole represents one of the four Nations holding up the Council.
- The "X" shape formed by the poles recalls the signing of the Treaties.
- The blue circle represents the home fire.
