FAQ

Do the nominees need to have attended post-secondary education?

No, they don’t need to have attended post-secondary education. As long as they are a member of one of the four nations, anyone who has made an inspiring impact is eligible for nomination. They can inspire through art, culture, community service, school, sports, entertainment, by upholding strong family values, etc.

What does the 18 to 35 age range mean for youth?

While the typical age range for youth is often considered to be 13 to 30, we have expanded the age range for the YTC Youth Award to include individuals aged 18 to 35. This decision allows us to honor youth at an event that is designated for adults, as it is a no minors allowed event. By increasing the age range, we are creating more opportunities for recognition and celebration of those who positively impact our communities.
