All Students must submit the following documents:

Fall 2021 progress report and/ or unofficial midterm marks with confirmation of continued winter 2022 enrollment - as soon as possible in order to avoid any interruptions with your student payroll and winter course registration.

  • Submit your Winter 2022 course schedule and fee assessment (if you have not already done so) by December 13, 2021, to avoid any issues with registering for the Winter 2022 academic term; this is a requirement in order for the YTC PSSSP to forward your sponsorship letter on your behalf to avoid any issues registering at your designated institutions.
  • Fall 2021 final marks must be submitted by January 15, 2022.
  • Students are responsible to ensure PSSSP receives copies of their tuition and bookstore invoices. Please submit them for processing when you receive them.

January 2022 Student payroll: will be direct deposits December 17, 2021, for all YTC funded Students attending YTC College and Post-Secondary Institutions. Failure to submit required documents will result in Student Allowance being held until all documents have been received and the student allowance will be mailed out on January 5th, 2022.
