Dear YTC Funded Students

**Please note the following** This is NOT a drop-in service, registration form is required - please complete the registration form above

The Yellowhead Tribal Council Urban Program was established to assist the Yellowhead Tribal Council members, who reside in an urban location, during this stressful time of COVID- 19. The Urban Program assists the urban YTC members, with supports and resources.

The Yellowhead Tribal Council has been working diligently to help those most affected by this pandemic. With the Christmas season approaching, we also understand the financial pressures of our students; therefore we are pleased to provide each YTC (currently enrolled) post-secondary student of the YTC Post-Secondary Student Support Program, a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) package, and a gift card and turkey for your holiday family dinner.

Each student must complete the form and submit via email to psssp@ytcadmin.ca before December 10, 2020, before 3:00 p.m. If you have any questions please email psssp@ytcadmin.ca.

The distribution will be held at the YTC Administration, 17304-105 Ave, Edmonton, Alberta, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Due to covid-19 restrictions and the safety of everyone, pick up will be by appointment only. You will be given a pickup time via email as confirmation. You must have an I.D. This is a drive-through pick up and you are asked to stay in your vehicle.
