Introducing Nolan Arcand as Our Youth Coordinator

We are delighted to announce Nolan Arcand as our new Youth Coordinator. Nolan, from the Alexander First Nation and of Cree and Stoney descent, brings a rich blend of experience and dedication to our team.


Nolan has a diverse background in the oil and gas industry, where he worked his way up from fieldwork to management. Throughout his career, he has been committed to creating healthy, positive, and productive initiatives that empower people to succeed. In his previous roles, including Project Field Coordinator and Public and Community Relations for the Alexander First Nation, Nolan has been a staunch advocate for First Nations inclusion in major projects, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and mutual respect.


As our Youth Coordinator, Nolan will lead and organize programs that empower young individuals, helping them develop essential life skills and encouraging them to pursue their passions. His approach is a unique blend of business acumen, empathy, cultural awareness, creativity, and a deep understanding of the challenges young people face today.


Beyond his professional life, Nolan enjoys spending time with his family, singing, dancing, hunting, trapping, and fishing. A proud husband and father of four, he is dedicated to being a positive role model for his children. Nolan believes in creating better futures together by embracing the wisdom of past teachings.
