As a unified YTC, guided by the Treaty Number 6 Medicine Chest Clause, our Elders, and the support of our members, YTC Health will continue to advocate for the Treaty Right to Health and effective health programming while maintaining traditional values in partnership with our YTC member First Nations.

Through the provision of advocacy, education, and health-related professional services and programs, YTC Health will support the member First Nations to achieve Holistic Health and Wellness.

Work

YTC Health provides services to and with its First Nations through a mechanism of Co-Management. There are six sub-committees facilitating the process: Mental Health and Addiction, Child and Youth, Health Prevention, Health Protection, Operations and Support, and Non-insured Health Benefits.
