Kind Heart Mentor - YTCCS South Office (SHORT-TERM CONTRACT)

Yellowhead Tribal Community Corrections Society (YTCCS) is seeking a candidate for the Kind Heart Mentoring Program, which supports individuals with complex needs involved in the criminal justice system. The program provides equitable, disability-informed supports aimed at reducing justice involvement and improving quality of life.

This position is a six-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on program needs and funding.

Dietitian

The Yellowhead Tribal Council is responsible for providing professional dietitian services, including: Supports, advocacy, education, nutritional counseling, workshops 1:1 with Nation members, and networking with the 4 (four) YTC member First Nations: Alexis Nakota Sioux, Alexander First Nation, Sunchild Cree Nation, and the O’Chiese First Nations.  The role provides services to each First Nation on a weekly schedule and typically one day per week in each Nation.
