From May 5th to 9th, a dedicated group of individuals from Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation participated in a rigorous Wildland Fire Training program, successfully completing the NFPA 1140 course. This comprehensive training not only reinforced essential firefighting skills but also emphasized the critical role of community safety and wildfire prevention.
