The Yellowhead Tribal Council proudly presents the Yellowstone Winter Round Up, taking place on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel West Edmonton, located at 16615 109 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. This is an 18+ event featuring an evening of dinner, prizes, and dancing.

This year’s dress theme is Country Glam. Guests are encouraged to show off their western style with boots, hats, denim, fringe, and a touch of sparkle. Come dressed to impress and celebrate in true country fashion as we gather for an unforgettable evening of music, fun, and community.

Entertainment for the evening will be provided by Black Eyed Creez, performing live for a country dance experience you won’t want to miss. The event will feature several exciting contests and activities, including the Grand Ole Opry Singing Showcase, a Best Dressed Contest, and a variety of door prizes and holiday games. Additional event details will be announced as the date approaches.

Tickets are available for purchase at the Yellowhead Tribal Council Office, located at 17304 – 105 Avenue NW, 3rd Floor, Edmonton, AB T5S 1G4. Individual tickets are priced at $150.00, while a table of ten guests can be purchased for $1,500.00. Please note that the payment deadline is November 21, 2025.

All proceeds raised from the Yellowstone Winter Round Up will go directly toward supporting the YTC Youth Division, helping to fund important programs and initiatives for youth within the Yellowhead Tribal Council communities.
